Following an energy consumption and carbon audit of all the M&S Simply foods stores throughout the UK, a decison was made to replace all the units which ran on electric heating systems to condensing gas boilers. Working with Emerson Climate Technologies, we specified the new Prestige 50kW and 75kW boilers depending on demand to satisfy the heating requirement of these premium food outlets.
