We are pleased to have held another successful CPD & Product Training Roadshow event reinforcing our commitment to supporting customers with the latest low carbon heating knowledge and hands-on training.
We are pleased to have held another successful CPD & Product Training Roadshow event reinforcing our commitment to supporting customers with the latest low carbon heating knowledge and hands-on training.
Held at our Expert Academy training facility in Leeds on 12th May 2026, with our fellow Groupe Atlantic company Ideal Commercial Heating, the latest roadshow brought together building services consultants, consulting engineers, M&E building services engineers and representatives from county councils for a day focused on decarbonisation, practical product insight and collaborative discussion.
Throughout the day, attendees were able to build their knowledge through two dedicated CPD presentations delivered by our specification experts: “Decarbonisation using electric boiler technology in non-domestic properties” and “Low carbon systems: appliances and applications using heat pump technology” from Ideal Commercial Heating.
Alongside the CPDs, attendees also benefited from practical, hands-on product training delivered by ACV UK Technical support Engineer Phil Page and Expert Academy Training Manager Rob Hargreaves. Training covered a broad range of commercial heating and hot water technologies including our range of electric products and hybrid systems and boilers and commercial heat pumps from Ideal Commercial Heating, allowing visitors to engage directly with the equipment and ask questions specific to their own projects and applications.
Our Leeds Expert Academy training facilities provided the ideal environment for the event, with attendees provided with hands on training alongside our commercial product displays and experience the practical side of specification and installation. We will be looking to do further roadshows of this nature in our other training centres in Hull, Dalgety Bay and Luton, all of which have state-of-the-art facilities with interactive commercial product displays designed to support practical, hands-on learning.
At ACV UK, we believe accessible training and knowledge sharing are essential to supporting the industry’s transition towards lower carbon commercial heating systems. Through our growing programme of CPDs, product training and hands-on events, we remain committed to helping consultants, specifiers and installers build the confidence and expertise needed for modern commercial heating and hot water projects.
